If a disaster occurs, the individuals at your organization who usually handle financial transactions may not be immediately available.
The Confidential Emergency Response Information Sheet will help you record the location of organization records, such as the articles of incorporation, titles, and insurance policies, as well as the individuals authorized to access them. The form also contains spaces to document the location of financial accounts and related authorized signers for the organization.
The information in this document should not be widely shared but would be important to know in the event of a disaster.
