Functions

In the Fundamentals section, you performed a high-level impact analysis for your organization by focusing only on your most critical functions and assets. In this section, a broader range of functions, assets, and corresponding risks will be included in the analysis.

Using the first page on the Impact Analysis form, document all of your organization's functions. Remember that functions include programs or services your organization provides to the community, administrative departments or processes within your organization, or processes involved with fundraising efforts, such as writing grants or holding fundraisers.
